Art 21 activity_Emilee

I really enjoyed learning about Rachel Rossin and her art. In the video, she says, "It was a lot of breaking things, which I think is the best way to learn". I like the way she described her learning process. Typically, breaking things is frowned upon, but when it comes to art it can be a great way to experiment and learn. 

I really liked her piece that was the humanoid figure controlled by her hands. It was cool how she was able to program the game to be controlled in that manner. 

Rossin's "I'm my loving memory" collection is plexiglass and AR combined. When the light is a certain way, the AR comes to life and creates a scene in front of you. Her incorporation of the two mediums is really interesting and I enjoyed learning about her work.
